2. Information we collect
When you book a session through our platform, we collect:
- Full name — to address you correctly and create your booking
- Email address — for booking confirmations and session reminders
- Mobile number — for WhatsApp communication and session coordination
- WhatsApp messages — the conversation leading to your booking (stored securely)
- Payment info — processed entirely by Razorpay; we never see your card details
- Session preferences — service type, preferred language, therapist preference
Please share only the information needed for your booking. Optional matching notes and WhatsApp messages may include sensitive information. Clinical care records, where applicable, are managed separately with restricted access.

We use your booking information to:
- Schedule and confirm your therapy session
- Send booking confirmations and reminders via WhatsApp and email
- Process your payment securely via Razorpay
- Improve our therapist-matching process
- Contact you if there is a problem with your booking
We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
🤝 Confidentiality in mental health
All information you share is treated as strictly confidential. Our team members who may access your information for booking management are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Confidentiality may only be broken in these situations:
- Serious, imminent risk of harm to yourself or another person
- A valid court order requiring disclosure
- Child abuse or neglect is disclosed or suspected
In any such situation, we would always seek to inform you first, unless doing so would increase the risk of harm.
5. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We use:
- TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Encrypted storage at rest
- Role-based access controls — only authorised staff can access your records
- Razorpay for payments (PCI DSS compliant)
6. Data retention
We retain your booking and contact information for up to 3 years from the date of your last session, or as required by law. WhatsApp conversation history is retained for up to 1 year for operational and safety purposes.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@mindiewellness.com. Requests are processed within 30 days.

- NeetoCal — calendar and session scheduling
- Meta (WhatsApp) — messaging delivery
- Google Cloud — application hosting and data storage
Advertising measurement
Our campaign landing pages use the Meta Pixel to record a single page view, so Meta can tell that someone who clicked our ad reached the page. It sends no contact details, booking, payment or health information, and it does not run on our expert, booking, checkout or confirmation pages.
Conversions API advertising events and automatic customer-list uploads are switched off. We do not share bookings, payments or any health information with Meta for advertising. Booking consent is not consent to share health information for advertising.
Earlier versions used Meta advertising integrations, including matched contact identifiers and booking-related events. Pausing these integrations does not remove information previously shared. Contact us with questions about your information.
Campaign labels may still be used within Mindie for internal reporting. WhatsApp communications still pass through Meta for message delivery; this is separate from Pixel and Conversions API advertising tracking.
Website visit statistics
To understand which pages and campaigns help people find support, we keep simple, anonymous visit statistics on our own servers: which pages were viewed, how far a visit got in the booking steps (for example, choosing a time or reaching payment), the campaign label in the link you followed, the website that referred you, and whether you used a phone, tablet or computer.
These statistics use a random identifier stored in your browser. They do not include your name, contact details, IP address, anything you type into the booking form, or any health information, and they are not shared with Meta or any other advertiser. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, no statistics are recorded. You can also clear this site's data in your browser at any time.
⚖️ Your rights (DPDP Act 2023)
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Nominate a representative to exercise these rights on your behalf
